Dear Parent/Guardian,
This year PABS decided to sell the very popular movie night tickets using a third party site, Eventbrite. The reason for this approach was to make it more inclusive to all families in the school to have an opportunity to purchase tickets.
However before the two schools had an opportunity to publicly issue the link to this site, it was distributed by parents on WhatsApp groups and all the tickets were sold. It was the intention of PABS to make the sale of the tickets more equitable but what has now happened is not what was intended. Therefore it has been decided by the PABS committee to cancel the tickets for those who purchased tickets before they were officially for sale. All money will be refunded within 4 to 5 working days.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Tickets will be now be available in the usual way on Friday 13th December at 9.10am.
There will be a maximum of four tickets per person sold, to avoid disappointment.
