Room 13 4th class have been trialling daily mindfulness this year as part of our focus on wellbeing here in Bayside SNS. We have signed up for #SchoolsSitTogether for Children’s Mental Health week from 3rd to 7th February. On Wednesday 5th February at 12pm we will join schools all over the world for 10 minutes of mindful practice.
