Congratulations to all the 5th class pupils who took part in the Peace Proms concert on Saturday night in the RDS.
We were so proud of their singing, their behaviour and how well they represented their school.
This was the first time that we performed in the Peace Proms and it was an amazing experience.
I would like to acknowledge the hard work of the 5th class teachers and Ms. Kelly Rogers who prepared the children for the concert and gave up so much of their time on Saturday to supervise the children for the rehearsal, the performance and wait until they were collected afterwards. We could not have participated in the Peace Proms without their dedication and commitment.
I would also like to thank all the parents, family and friends who made sure the pupils got there on time on Saturday with everything they needed and all the support on the night in the audience was very evident. Your children are a credit to you.
